Preschool

This week at preschool I had the following conversation with one of my 4 year olds...

This cute little girl walked in on on of the boys going potty with the door open.

Little girl: Miss Tami why do boys have peepee's like this? (she had her thumb and pointer finger extended)

Miss Tami: oh well...let's ask your mom when she comes to pick you up.
She then left and went on playing, again she comes up to me and says...

Little girl: Miss Tami I really want to know why boys have peepee's like this (again same finger gestures)

Miss Tami: Remember we're going to ask you mom when she picks you up.
She leaves again to play. She comes back up to me and says this

Little girl: I know wht boys have peepee's like this!! Jesus made them that way!!

Miss Tami: (trying not to laugh) says that's exactly right!!

I just want you know...

I AM STILL ALIVE!! HA!

Naughty Drink

In my world I LOVE DIET COKE!!! I know, I know, bad, bad, bad. I just can't help myself! So, whenever I am out and about, I run into Chevron and grab a 44oz drink. On a side note, all of the employees know my name and give me a discount! Anyway, I had my 3 year old boyfriend Camden Hatch with me and as always we went to Chevron to get Tami a "naughty" drink. Camden loves going to Chevron with me. In fact when the 2 of us are running errands he smiles at me and says " Tami I think you need a "naughty" drink. At first he loved going with me because I gave him little sips. Well here's a story from the other day:

Tami: Camden, today at Chevron you can get a nemolade (lemonade) or a bag of Cheetos.
Camden: Okay, I want nemolade

We go into Chevron holding hands and skipping along when Camden finally sees the Slurpee machine. With his head tucked into his shoulder and his big smile and batting eyelashes says'

Camden: Tami, can I please have one of those blue drinks?
Tami: Sure, but only because I love you...

Chevron is packed this particular morning at 9am, and Camden turns to me and says,

Camden: You're the best Auntie Tami in the whole world! (loud)
Lots' of laughs and chuckles from those inside of Chevron, and I day back,

Tami: This is because I love you too and get to send you home to your Mom on a sugar high!!!

Valentines Day

This is the first year I have ever made one of my girls a valentines something. Obviously, from other posts this is the only skirt I know how to make!
